For heavy vehicles in general, regenerating the cat and the FAP is more convenient than replacing them. On buses, trucks, and medium- and large-sized engines, the regeneration is done by replacing the catalytic substrates and the DPF cartridges, whenever they cannot be reused.
We are able to regenerate Euro 2-3-4-5 systems and the most recent Euro 6. For the urea and CAT SCR system, we produce ceramic and metallic substrates with a special washcoat and impregnation.
We can supply catalytic supports for large diesel, gas and biogas engines, and for those industrial applications where a reduction of polluting emissions is required at the end of the production cycle.
